⦁ This promotion is open to all active Afni PH employees with successful agent and non-agent referrals between July 1 and September 30, 2022.

​​⦁ Referrals should have at least 1-year Telco experience to join this promo.​​

⦁ Successful referrals must join the first day of official employment with Afni anytime from July 1 – September 30, 2022 

.​​⦁ The referring employee will get one (1) raffle entry and will follow a tier system below based on their hired referrals:​​

⦁ The Employee Referral Program (ERP) team will post a weekly leaderboard through the Afni Philippines ERP Facebook group during the promo period.​

 ​⦁ Raffle Draw for tier will be done monthly. On the Grand draw, all referring employees with successful referrals during the whole quarter 3 will get a chance to win 2 Yamaha Fazzio

⦁ Open to all Active Afni employees with at least 10 successful referrals between July 1 – September 30, 2022.​​

⦁ An ERP Champion will get PHP5,000 Cash Incentives PLUS Exclusive ERP Merchandise and will join the Q1 awarding event with two (2) of your family members in Aureo Hotel & Resort in San Fernando, La Union​

⦁ PHP10,000 cash incentives if with minimum of two (2) successful non-agent referrals.​
⦁ PHP 5,000 Cash Incentives once you reached the 20 successful referrals this quarter three (3)​​
⦁ Additional reward once you reached the 25 successful referrals for quarter one (1), you’ll get to reimburse PHP3,000 worth of any type of bills. ​​

Terms and conditions:    

⦁ Announcement of winners will be posted on the ERP Facebook Group.  ​​

⦁ Both the referring employee and referral must be on ACTIVE status in Ultipro/UKG (HR system) upon claiming the prizes.   ​​

⦁ The referring employee must not have any pending HR cases during the promo period,  the announcement and claiming of the prize.    ​​

⦁ Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.    

​​⦁ This promo applies on top of the other promo.  

 ​​⦁ ERP policy still applies.   ​​

⦁ Should disputes arise during the execution of the promo, the decision of the Afni Philippines Senior Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Director shall be deemed final.   

ERP Agent Incentives

4th month – 4K​
5th month – 5K​
6th month – 6K​

⦁ Referral should reach the tenure requirements of the ERP Promotion running when he/she was hired.​

⦁ Both the referrer and the referral must be in Active status during the cut-off period of the payout date (Cut-off is every end of the month)

.​⦁ If referrer/referral is on LOA or Suspended status – incentives will be placed on hold until became they regain staff time.​

⦁ If referrer/referral is no longer part of Afni – incentives will be deemed forfeited.​
